Choo-Choo!

While out and about, I stopped to cross another holiday-related 101 off my List: I visited the Trains at NorthPark Center.

The exhibit, which has been on display at the glorious NorthPark Center the same amount of time that I've known The Boy (13 years), benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Dallas. In fact, the exhibit provides nearly 1/3 of the Ronald McDonald House's annual operating budget.

To Carhenge:

To the State Fair of Texas:

It was sweet and fun - I was maybe the only grown-up there without a child in tow. But I made sure to bring my childlike wonder, and that's got to count for something.
