We Ate At Bacon

Our rental cottage in Austin provided a wonderful (witty) list of local restaurant and shop suggestions. One place within walking distance was Bacon.

They noted it was a small place...small indeed.

That could get crowded...crowded indeed.

With a bacon-themed menu...indeed.

Based on Yelp reviews that I read while waiting in line, Kelly opted to have the double grind burger - lean beef ground with bacon, then topped with bacon.

I had the chicken and waffles with bacon on the side. Actually I had half of the chicken (it was huge...Kelly and I could should have shared if we'd realized that the chicken breast was actually the size of three normal servings).

And then we had a bacon-induced nap.
