Feeling Like a Heel

I am so bummed out.

My favorite summer sandals started making an ominous sound this afternoon. The right heel makes an off-and-on crack when I walk. I know it's just a matter of time before I lose the heel completely.

I can't bear to give these shoes up. They are my absolute favorite pair. Thank goodness it's almost fall so I can forget about them for a while.
