I made these for breakfast club the other week. Talk about simple, easy and yum-my!
Fresh Blueberry Tarts
- Athens Mini Fillo Shells (found in the frozen section)
- Yoplait Thick and Creamy Vanilla Yogurt
- Fresh Blueberries
Bring the shells to room temperature. Add approximately one tablespoon yogurt. Top with 3-4 blueberries. Chill and serve.
They look delicious!
ReplyDeleteBTW I wish I could be in that breakfast club.
ReplyDeleteThese do look delicious. I'm glad we just had dinner and am not hungry right now.. New entree on the menu this evening, jerk chicken. Jamaican dish. Also had cranberry-harvest plated salad. Made with spinach, blue cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, red onion slices.
ReplyDeleteIt's a fun group, though I've learned that it's very wise to look at who has signed up to bring breakfast before deciding whether to eat at home or not!
ReplyDeleteWe've had everything from donuts to make-your-own-waffles to traditional Indian chaat.
They were surprisingly delicious and unless you ate 10 (not as easy as it sounds), they are relatively good for you with low-fat yogurt and fresh berries.
ReplyDeleteThe salad you mention sounds delicious! I would do without the blue cheese (can't stand it) and use feta or goat cheese instead.
Last night we had a delicious salad. I cooked crab cakes and served them over a salad of lettuce, cilantro, cucumbers and sliced avocado - honey mustand dressing on the side. Yum!
