I'm not really excited about the pills. I'm not much of a pill-person in general. But they're helping. And that's a good thing.
I have steroids to reduce inflammation and muscle relaxers to calm tense things down. And I have a handy prescription for Vicodin to battle the pain.
The latter prescription made me a little nervous.

But here's what I've learned: I don't like Vicodin.
Vicodin makes my head spin. An achy-sinus-rattling-rode-too-many-roller-coasters-type of feeling. A spinning head gives me a stomach ache. It's altogether not nice.
So I'm locking away the Vicodin, saving it for either a bout of excruciating pain or for a way to earn a quick buck on the side. (I'm JUST kidding!!)
