Old Love Note

While typing away on an email yesterday, I glanced over at my bulletin board and saw a note I'd pinned up two years before. Seriously. It's dated July 29, 2009.

Lo those many years ago, The Boy and I had a disagreement. A pretty significant one. After we talked through everything, over lunch at PF Changs, he sent me the following email:

I was just thinking that I could not love you more...

It is just sad that I am so limited.

And this is (one of many reasons) why I love him. Reading it still makes me smile.
