In the midst of crazy-busy weeks, it's helpful to remind myself of some truths such as:
- Feed the cats first. Otherwise they'll go berserk.
 
- Feed the husband second. Otherwise he'll drive you berserk.
 
- Ben can never have enough hugs. Give him one more.
 
- Go for a run, even if you don't want to. It's relaxing.
 
- Take a bubble bath. It's also relaxing.
 
- Make time for visiting with coworkers. It gives perspective.
 
- Call your mom. She loves you.
 
- Leave clothes in the dryer and dishes in the sink. The world won't come to an end.
