A partner at my office, a gentleman who is a fantastic cook, suggested blending the honey and mustard together.
Brushed over a pork tenderloin, which was then slowly roasted, this marinade was a real winner.
Honey Mustard Marinade
- 2 T. pecan creamed honey
- 1/2 c. coarse ground mustard (I used a spicy variety - a nice flavor match for the honey's sweetness)
