Breathe In, Breathe Out. Repeat.

Things are so crazy at the office that several of us had to sit still for a couple of minutes of deep relaxing breaths. At one point on Friday, I felt like we were taking a corporate yoga break.

Now that I think about it, that could be a very cool employee perk. Free sodas and coffee, lunch-and-learns, gift cards and office parties - they're all passé. From now on: A company yoga instructor to help you manage your stress!!!

  3. Almost as good is your sister's pillow therapy where someone else must do the breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe out, etc. But it would most definitely relieve YOUR stress!
