Arriving in the master closet, we were greeted by row upon row of shelves. Kelly wondered aloud: Hey, I wonder what we can use those shelves for?
Instantly I said: Shoes.
Kelly suggested: Maybe linens.
I responded, a bit more firmly: Shoes!

I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be able to see all of my shoes in a glance. Now I think I'll start trying to live up to the plaque my sister gave me this spring:
I LOVE the plaque. I had to give up shoe shopping for Lent earlier this year to get my habit under control. Brings a new meaning to "12 Steps." :)

ReplyDeleteWith all of this extra storage space, I am fighting the shopping devil on my shoulder on a near-daily basis. The only thing restraining me is the desire to purchase curtains. :)
