Know When to Fold 'Em

Today is Day 14 of coughing, itchy eyes and stuffy nose.

And I am done with it. No amount of DayQuil, NyQuil, Robitussin, leftover prescription cough medicine and cough drops has moved me closer to wellness.

As I rasped through a swollen vocal chords in a call to The Boy, I am sick of not feeling well.

So off to the doctor - and hopefully some meds that work - I head in an hour or so.

{But rest assured that I'm well enough to party-hearty with The Niece et al for her birthday dinner tonight at La Duni!}
