Every day our replacement sod gets closer and closer to a nice, happy yard.

The Hayley yard plan is:

1. Get the grass healthy
2. Have a professional develop a master plan
3. Install gutters and rain barrels
4. Work on front yard landscaping
5. Work on back yard landscaping
6. Work on side yard landscaping

It's a 4-5 year plan. Slightly frustrating (for impatient sorts like me), but cash-flow affordable and, if I was honest with myself, probably the best approach to develop a healthy sustainable landscape.
