Mixing It Up

When The Boy and I flew to Moscow, we enjoyed Singapore Slings courtesy of Singapore Airlines.

Ever since, we've wondered how to recreate the drink. Not so easy, we soon learned, because the recipe is a closely guarded secret.

After a bit of experimenting, some trial and error, we finally figured it out - or close enough to it, anyway!

Singapore Sling
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/ oz cherry brandy
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 1/4 oz triple sec
  • 1/4 oz benedictine
  • 1/4 oz lime juice
  • 3-4 dashes bitters
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour over ice.
